The Community Garden has been recently awarded funding from the Fisher Fund to bring the project to life. Our goal is to create an inclusive and inviting space for all to come together, learn from one another, and enjoy the benefits of gardening. To see a video of the project

The Community Garden is for everyone and for everyone's safety,

we do ask that children are accompanied by a parent or carer.

Community Garden

The Community Garden features a variety of activities, ranging from a Wendy house for children to a 4"x4" raised bedding for them to plant their own food and flowers. In addition, we have three 6"x4" raised beddings; with one with herbs and vegetables and two with vegetables.

Along the wire fence at the back in small raised bedding will be raspberry plants. On the other side of the wire fencing along the side of the church, will be several blueberry bushes in raised bedding and the mini orchard with two plum and two pear trees.

Our garden is open for all to come and join in the planting, looking after and enjoying the produce. We are passionate about encouraging children to learn about nature and the environment, as well as providing an  opportunity for adults to meet and socialise.

Come and see what we have to offer and join in the fun!
